The ongoing investigation has led to the arrest of a second youth male. RCMP have conducted a search of the suspects' residences. The two youth believed to be responsible for the threat are in custody and will appear in court later today.

Around 5 p.m. on Sunday, Prince George RCMP received a report of a possible online threat directed towards College Heights Secondary School.

The youth male believed responsible for the threat was identified by officers and arrested without incident.

The RCMP reports that although they do not believe the threat was a risk to staff or students, they have taken it very seriously and are involved in an ongoing investigation.  

That investigation continuing and further updates may be provided.

They'd like to remind all parents to play a role in their child's social media activity and to report suspicious activity.
