It's that time of year again, PG is bringing back their ever-popular snowy festival for the second annual Downtown Winterfest.

Just as their website says, it’s going to be snow much fun!

This Sunday, we will join 1000’s of other northerners in front of city hall to chill in downtown Prince George.

Here’s what you can expect:

Live music from Dj Ant Snow Yoga with Sunset Studio at 11:30 a.m.,12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Ice sculptures by International creators, Ephemeral Arts.

An outdoor food court filled with some of PG’s favourite dishes. 

Sliding fun on PG’s only outdoor ice slide.

Community Mascots- giving out free high fives.

A S’more making contest between local businesses, individuals and companies

. 

Mini Snow Golf with our local YMCA of Northern BC.

Road Hockey with your Prince George Spruce Kings and PG Cariboo Cougars.

A chance to make an elaborate and edible design with Marshmallow Sculptures with the Two Rivers Art Gallery.

Outdoor soapy fun with Bubble Science and The Exploration Place.

Bookmark & Felt Snowman crafts with the Prince George Public Library.

Rides on the Cottonwood Express Minirail Train thanks to the Central BC Railway & Forestry Museum.

Shopping opportunities at both the Legion Winter Market or our local Prince George Farmers Market.
