Kelowna-based Vivid Tours is giving away kindness this holiday season by embarking on a 12 Days of Kindness campaign in hopes of raising $15,000 to give back to the community.
On Dec. 1, Vivid Tours, a local wine and craft beer tour company announced and began their initiative alongside Mamas for Mamas, PurKids Foundation and Child Advocacy Centre of Kelowna.
Together, the organizations will be hitting the streets every day until Dec. 12. They will be dropping off supplies, donations, and cash to those who are less fortunate.
After a busy summer, Vivid Tours wanted to take advantage of their downtime and give back to the community.
Founder Kevlynn Loubier says: “We know how hard this time of year can be for many families, so we wanted to focus our attention on building community and strengthen our values and commitment to our business, partners and future guests.”
Any individuals or businesses interested in supporting Vivid Tours and their partner organizations are encouraged to visit https://vivid.tours/12-days-of-kindness/ to follow the acts of kindness or take part in it themselves by donation.
