Anyone who has read the letters to the editor in Kelowna over the years will certainly recognize his name. Mo Rajabally figures he has written close to three hundred of them.
He brings a worldly view to any topic and seems to have an anecdote for any subject. He believes council has let spending run out of control without proper scrutiny. "Because council doesn't have the people determined to investigate." said Rajabally, "or even have the knowledge to investigate specific things."
