With about a dozen high rise apartments hitting the market during this building boom, the question arises:

Is it too much for the market to bear?

According to The Mission Group, the answer is no.

The Kelowna-based development company believes the market will be there as they roll out three projects on their Bernard Block starting with Brooklyn. All this, right on the heels of their Ella development just a few blocks away.

The Mission Group's Luke Turri spent some time with us at KelownaNow to discuss a housing market that seems to be going nowhere but up.
