Brad Sieben said he tends to be one of the more vocal members of the current council. "I'm not afraid to speak up," said the born-and-raised Kelownian.  Like many of the candidates, he's focused on making more progress with the problems with drug addiction and homelessness downtown. "There isn't a real silver bullet with it," said Sieben. But he believes that with more support services, we can make progress. "We need addiction treatment beds and we need mental health beds," added Sieben.
