Christopher Elliott has been located and arrested.
Elliott was wanted by police for breaching his conditions in relation to an on-going criminal harassment investigation.
Elliott has been taken into custody by the Saanich Police Department and currently remains in custody.
The police would like to thank to the community for their involvement.
(Original story: March 23, 12 p.m.) – Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating Christopher Elliott.
Elliott is wanted for breaching his conditions in relation to an on-going criminal harassment investigation.
Police believe that Elliott may pose a threat to the public and should be located as soon as possible.

He is described as a 27-year-old male with a slender build and thick dark hair.
Elliott is five feet, two inches tall and has a goatee with stubble.
According to police, he is frequently in downtown Victoria including the 900 block of Pandora Avenue.
