The list of top travel spots preferred by Canadians has been released for 2015.
Internationally, Canadians once again travelled to New York, Las Vegas, and London the most.
Some of the biggest jumps for most popular international cities were outside of North America. Many European cities climbed the list, but so did cities in Asia like Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Bangkok, according to the latest Hotels.com Hotel Price Index (HPI).

"Canadians have an inherent sense of adventure and have always shown a great desire to experience new and different cultures," says Taylor L. Cole, APR, travel expert for Hotels.com, in a statement. "We're seeing that interest continuing to increase as Canadians seek out more authentic and experiential travel experiences to destinations rich in history and culture."
In Canada, the top three most visited cities were still Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.
Kelowna went down one spot, ranking 17th among Canadian destinations.

The HPI is released twice a year, based on bookings made through the Hotels.com website.
