British Columbia’s 2020 property assessments are now available and a pair of Central Okanagan properties have eclipsed the $10-million mark.
The two properties top a lengthy list of beautiful mansions located all around the Central Okanagan.
The top spot once again begins to 4358 Hobson Rd., a massive property with a modern home in Kelowna’s mission.
The other $10-million assessment came courtesy of an even larger lakefront property in Lake Country at 12990 Pixton Rd.
Although it didn’t make the $10-million club, the third highest valued property was the most expensive on the west side of the bridge, located at 1683 Pritchard Dr. in West Kelowna.
