  • The Starlight Drive-In Theatre opens in 1 month

The Okanagan’s only drive-in theatre is just 30 days away from opening day.

Enderby’s Starlight Drive-In Theatre will open for the summer on May 3, a Facebook post from the theatre revealed.

The theatre is one of the Okanagan’s most popular summer attractions for both locals and tourists.

It’s located at 5341 Hwy 97A, 22 minutes from Vernon, 55 minutes from Kelowna and 75 minutes from Kamloops, meaning people can come from a variety of cities to enjoy a movie under the star.

Admission for adults, which gets you a pair of movies if you choose to stay that long, is only $11.

Children between the ages of four to 12 get in for just $7, while kids under the age of four are free.

The theatre hasn’t revealed what movies will be playing this summer, but the opening weekend roster should be unveiled online soon.
