The Pay it Forward, Welcome Home Project has officially set a deadline for nominations.

This means they now need your help to raise all the necessary funds!

Ridgeline Roofing and the Cougars Hockey Club will be partnering up with local businesses to supply a moderately sized home to one deserving family.

Local businesses are encouraged to pay it forward by contributing goods and services towards the home construction and furnishing.

“This project’s reach is incredible. Already, we got a letter at our office that was from England. Inside was a donation, in Canadian dollars too,” said Josh Eiswerth, Ridgeline Roofing owner.

Businesses, as well as the public, can donate towards the purchase of the property by donating to a GoFundMe page.

The target is set at $200,000. This money will go to pay for the property as well as other associated costs.

Residents will have until May 31, to send in nomination forms online and to the Ridgeline Roofing office.
