Hey! I’m Sharelle. I started doing photography about two years ago just after I graduated and I just recently completed my makeup artistry diploma so I have been adding makeup into my photography lately. I started taking photos for Electric Love Music Company about a year and a half ago- since then I’ve photographed Snak The Ripper, Electric Love Music Festival 2017 (photographing it again for my second year in July!), I got to be the photographer for “TheSpace” a little music venue my friend Summer Nukina ran here in Kamloops, I photographed DJ’s from Spain & have had many other amazing opportunities because of that amazing group of people!
Recently I’ve been helping out as a makeup artist and photographer with some collaborative photoshoots around town with a fashion company; “Fashion Speaks International”, I did makeup and photography for a fashion show with them and some other fun jobs! I also have a few of my own creative projects in the works right now that I’m super excited about!
Why do I use Instagram:
I use Instagram to connect with creative locals as well as find inspiration for new adventures, fantasy makeup/photoshoots and to be able to display some of my work that I’ve been doing!
What will people see on my feed?
Well, I actually have a few different accounts to keep things more organized; however, you’ll come across a lot of hiking photos from around B.C, some of my makeup projects I’ve been doing, & some event photography! Sometimes being a makeup artist I’m asked to model for shoots as well so I’ll post the odd modelling photo!
Does my page have a specific style?
Not really. I try to keep my images similar and around the same theme- mostly outdoorsy photos, but I post the work I’ve done that I had lots of fun with or that I’m super proud of for the most part and that isn’t always outdoorsy!

How do I decide on my location for shoots?
I like going somewhere new every chance I get and keeping it a surprise! However, I love old buildings, grungy alleys, vintage items.. just old style things, even though I haven’t had much time the last few months for shoots like that.
Biggest Instagram moment?
To be honest, probably this.
