Sun and showers on the horizon for our weekend forecast

Happy Friday, PG!

It’s finally the end of a long four day week and now it’s time to get out there and start making some memories!

The weather is looking a little temperamental, especially with the severe thunderstorm watch.

“An upper trough will keep the weather pattern unsettled in Prince George this weekend. Expect sunny breaks between showers, with the risk of afternoon thundershowers. Temperatures will stay in the upper teens to low 20’s,” said Wesla English, NowMedia Meteorologist.

While the temperatures will be high, so will the risk of showers so plan some indoor activities.

Or just get on your rain jacket and embrace the downpour!
