If you are heading home to the interior from Vancouver this holiday Monday, take caution.

Sections of the Coquihalla and the Connector are facing winter weather obstacles.

Photo Credit: Drive BC.The Coquihalla Connector is reportedly slippery, slushy and foggy this Monday morning.On the Drive BC website, conditions are listed as normal, with limited visibility, fog, snow and slush over different parts of Highway 5. 

Getting closer to the Okanagan, there is slippery compact snow from the junction with Highway 5A, at Aspen Grove to Pennask Summit.

Limited visibility with heavy snowfall has been noted by DriveBC from Gulliford Lake Rest Area to the junction with Highway 97C.

There is also compact snow with slushy sections from Pennask Summit to Trepanier Creek Bridge and limited visibility with fog from the bridge to the junction with Highway 97.
