(UPDATE: June 20 @ 1:30 p.m.) – The Richter Street closure is moving north, starting today.
Southbound lanes between Cawston Avenue and Stockwell Avenue are now closed.
On June 25, northbound lanes will close as well, resulting in a full closure of the street south of Cawston Avenue.
Also on the 25th, however, the portion of Richter Street between Bernard Avenue and Doyle Avenue will reopen to traffic.
The work is anticipated to be completed on July 20, which includes paving on Richter Street between Cawston Avenue and Clement Avenue, which starts around July 9.

Doyle Avenue is also closed between St. Paul and Richter Streets, which will last until June 8.
Improvements to Doyle Avenue were started on April 23 and include a new water main between Cawston and Bernard Avenues.
It also includes safety upgrades at the intersection of Doyle Avenue and Richter Street, as well as road resurfacing of Richter Street between Clement and Bernard Avenues.
Transit stops on Richter Street will be closed while the road isn’t in use, but signs will point bus users to the nearest stop.
Construction hours are Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., but some overtime work may occur to minimize the impact of residents and the overall time of the project.
