Police are currently investigating two suspicious incidents that occurred in the Hart over the past four days.

On June 1, just after 8 a.m., the Prince George RCMP received a report of two suspicious people near a school bus stop on Louise Drive.

A nine-year-old boy was approached by two males who exited a white, older model cargo van with no rear windows and rusty rims.

According to police, the males told the boy that their keys were broken and they needed his help. The boy ran to a safe place and the van took off.

RCMP would like to identify and speak with the two males.

Male one

• 30 years old
• Caucasian
• 6’0” tall
• Short blonde hair
• Long blonde beard/goatee
• Small nose
• Wearing a grey ball cap and blue hoodie

Male two

• Appeared Indigenous
• 5’10” tall
• Long black hair in braids
• Average build
• Big ears, big nose, and round face
• Wearing a blue t-shirt

On June 5 at 10 a.m., RCMP received a report of a male attempting to lure two teenage boys into a van by asking them to help find his keys inside the vehicle.

According to RCMP, the incident took place outside Heather Park Elementary School.

The teenage boys were seen running away and the van departed.

The van was described as white with something brown covering the windows.

The male was described as:

• Shoulder-length brown hair
• Beard
• Deep, loud voice
• Wearing a green and red plaid shirt

The RCMP are investigating both cases and would like to speak to the two teenage boys involved in the June 5 incident.
