In September 2017, a Prince George business was the subject of a break and enter where several items of high value were taken.

Of the items, two mountain bikes were stolen.

Quesnel RCMP have since recovered the bikes that were valued over $4,000.

On April 13, 2018, Quesnel RCMP received a tip that the stolen bikes were located at a property off Highway 26.

Police attended the property and seized the stolen bikes.

One man has since been arrested for being in possession of stolen property and is set to appear in his first court appearance in May. 

RCMP released the man on a promise to appear.
