Last week was the long weekend, but any skiers or snowboarders who has Monday off work this week are going to be very happy.

Big White was hit with a big dump of snow overnight as 15 centimetres fell, adding to the five centimetres that had fallen during the day on Sunday.

That brings the alpine snow base up to 303 cm and this year’s cumulative snowfall number to an unbelievable 733 cm.

It’s still snowing up at the hill and the snow report says you can expect light wind and fresh powder this morning, but limited visibility.

There are 15 lifts open to serve 119 runs, so you’ve got plenty of terrain to explore.
