  • Poll: Are you ‘quiet quitting’ your job?

Last week we ran a story about the phenomenon of 'quiet quitting,' a term referring to workers who have stopped going above and beyond because it often leads to employers asking for more, often without more pay, and doesn't necessarily earn the loyalty or appreciation from your boss.

The 'quiet quitting' phenomenon also ties into the post-pandemic trends of the 'great resignation' where people quit their jobs or retired early because COVID gave them the wake-up call that they didn't necessarily like their job, their boss or their life.

Some surveys say 5% are 'quiet quitting', others say it's as high as 50% (such as a Gallup poll in the US).

Have you 'quiet quit' your job? Let us know in the form below. If you would like to remain anonymous, don't put your name in your submission.
