Crystal Flaman is an avid philanthropist, working with the Reading Room Project and even founding her own movement which she appropriately named 10 Million Acts of Kindness. 

10 Million Acts of Kindness urges people to approach life with kindness in the hopes of creating a ripple effect that positively impacts the lives of others.

Throughout the conversation, Flaman references her mantra, “We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another”, a quote from Luciano De Crescenzo.

In her explanation of what this quote means to her, she and Csek deliberate what incorporating kindness into everyday life looks like, with Flaman noting “the trick is learning to view ourselves as someone who can change things.”
