Prince George is hosting an incredible birthday bash at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park to celebrate Canada Day!

Everyone is welcome to come down and celebrate with a wide variety of food, art, music and culture!
Don’t forget to wear red and white! It is Canada’s 151st birthday after all!

The day will kick off at 10 a.m. with a Big Brothers Big Sisters beach volleyball tournament.
Throughout the day, there will be food, crafts, music and tons of family-friendly activities.
Like any good celebration, the night will end with a massive fireworks display so be sure to stick around!
B.C. Transit will be also offering $1 bus rides to ensure everyone has an amazing Canada Day!

The Canada Day schedule will be as follows:
10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Big Brothers Big Sisters Beach Volleyball Tournament
- Location: Volleyball Pitches at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park

- Canada Day in the Park
- Location: Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park
- The Canada Day Drumming Celebration starts at 11 a.m. in front of the stage at the Bandshell.

11 p.m. CANFOR Canada Day Fireworks
- Location: Canada Games Plaza or downtown Prince George
- View the fireworks display from Canada Games Plaza or downtown Prince George Be sure to turn into Country 97 FM as the fireworks will be choreographed to music!
