The final weekend of the year at Big White is going to be a good one.

Another handful of runs have been opened to the public, which means 101 runs are now open and ready to be shredded.

After 3 centimetres of new snow in the past 24 hours, the mountain remains at a 151 cm alpine snow base.

If you’re heading up to the slopes today, but don’t want to miss Team Canada in action at the World Juniors, you’re in luck!

The game will be playing at Happy Valley Day Lodge, which is acting as Canada House for the duration of the tournament.

You can watch the whole game against Russia, which starts at 10 am, and there’s even a brunch special on from 9 am until 11 am.
