Ms. Whimsy's Gift Emporium is combining these two things for an amazing two evening event!

Go join them on February 13th or 14th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm for their Build-a-Box experience. To make it easy to attend, there's free parking downtown.

There will be custom decorated boxes, that you get to fill yourself at one of the four interactive stations. You'll be able to choose between the silver, gold, platinum and diamond deluxe stations. There's a station to fit everybody's budget and better yet, almost everything in the store will be available at the stations.

Not only is everything in the store Canadian handmade, but Ms. Whimsy is very pleased to announce two very special pairings just in time for Valentine's Day!

First, they are now carrying EA Gourmet chocolates. Made right here in Kamloops at their North Shore location, Ms. Whimsy can honestly say they are some of the best chocolates she's ever tasted.

Second, Ms. Whimsy is bringing in eye-popping cookies to put in your Build-a-Box from Sweet As Edible Art. Made by Colleen, a local baker, she makes treats that are not only stunning to look at, they are melt in your mouth delicious.

And speaking of cookies, if you are looking for a fun, creative way to “pop the question,” Ms. Whimsy is here to make that special moment a sweet one!

They're now taking orders for a “Proposal Cookie.” Or actually, a set of raspberry sugar cookies.

Inside your beautiful gift box, will come a ring cookie. This cookie has the recipient's name along with one yes cookie and one no cookie. The entire set is only $19.99, and Ms. Whimsy is accepting orders up until February 12th.

During the Build-a-Box events, there will be light snacks, refreshments and EA Gourmet chocolate samples. So whether you are just wanting to pop in and treat yourself or you want to bring family and friends to make an evening of it, you can customize your box and customize your evening.

If you cannot make the event, come by during the day and put together a box while the stations are set up. Or you can send someone in and Ms. Whimsy will happily assist them in putting something together for you!
