MS Walk takes place this Sunday

Get your walking shoes ready PG!

The annual MS Walk is taking place this Sunday.

Starting at 11 a.m., residents can come down to Kiwanis Bandshell, in Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park and take place in the walk.

Two lengths of 2.25 km and 4.5 km will be available.

According to the MS Walk website, there are a total of 17 teams and 47 walkers registered to take part in Sunday's event.

So far, $10,618.97 has been raised out of the $18,000 goal.

All the proceeds raised will go to support the research and treatment of MS.
