Though this blonde country star may have the smile and initial demeanor of a southern bell, she showed fans on Saturday night that she truly is made of “Gunpowder and Lead”.

A setup of epic proportions, Lambert showed that she can roll with the big dogs of country at a sold-out show with fierce production value, bringing an intense light show, massive stage and a general admission pit (a rarity for Prospera Place shows).

Blasting to the stage equipped with a baby blue electric guitar, and diamond encrusted strap that coordinated with the blinged out “M” on her mic stand, Lambert dazzled her audience from the very first note.

Kicking things off with her 2011 hit, “Fastest Girl In Town”, Lambert showcased that not only are her hoop earrings and belt buckle large and in charge but so is her powerful voice.
