Kelowna is in for a cool, mostly cloudy day today, with mild temperatures and little in the way of active weather.

According to Environment Canada, temperatures will start the morning around 3ºC and rise gradually through the day, reaching a high near 7ºC by early afternoon.

Skies are expected to remain largely overcast, with only limited breaks in the cloud cover.

Winds will be light, and there is little chance of rain or snow, keeping conditions calm across the Okanagan Valley.

As evening approaches, temperatures are forecast to ease back toward 5ºC, with cloud cover persisting overnight.

Overall, it will be a quiet, grey February day in Kelowna — seasonable, mild, and dry.
