  • Kelowna weather: -10°C to start the day but no snow expected

The winter temperatures have arrived, but no snow is expected for the final weekend of 2025.

It is a chilly -10°C in Kelowna this morning and the high is just -6°C. The wind chill throughout the day is expected to make it feel even colder than that.

And while it’s finally cold enough for that rain we’ve been experiencing to fall as snow, there is no precipitation in the forecast this weekend.

Expect mainly sunny skies for most of the day with a few clouds rolling in later in the afternoon as the sun sets.

It’s expected to be clear overnight as it dips back down to a low of -10°C.
