Central Okanagan schools are cancelling a series of international trips due to the coronavirus.
Mount Boucherie Secondary School, Okanagan Mission Secondary, Rutland Senior Secondary and Kelowna Senior Secondary School are taking the measures “out of an abundance of caution,” parents have been told in a letter.

The Board of Education acknowledged that “a great deal of planning goes into these trips” and many students and parents will be disappointed.
But it added: “Our top priority remains the health and safety of our community.”
