Our athletes. They inspire us to be better.
What is your favourite local store in Prince George and why?
Stride & Glide. Local sporting goods store operated by a former athlete.

If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
Wherever our former world-class athletes are competing!
What is your favourite activity in Prince George?
Track & Field.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
When our athletes compete at provincial, national and world-class events. Especially those athlete's who have competed in the Olympics!
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
I think every former track athletes favorite memory has something to do with the trips. Piling together with friends in a bus or minivan and heading down to various venues to compete.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
We have many senior athletes that volunteer within the club to coach the junior athletes. On top of that, several of our athletes volunteer at various other sports and events around town.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
The opportunity for all children to participate in whichever activities they desire.
Where would you sneak away to in Prince George to spend some time alone?
Masich place stadium.
What do you think makes Prince George great?
The volunteers.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1) Build stronger relations within the city
2) Give our athletes the tools and encouragement to pursue all of their goals in track and in life
3) Produce more Olympians

We provide one of the most affordable summer activities for youth in Prince George.

What is the name of your business/organization?
Prince George Track and Field Club.
Why did you get into/start this business?
Promote health and activity at all ages in a fun and inclusive environment.
What is the goal of your business?
To provide fun and activity to as many youth as we can reach.
What has been your biggest struggle either in work or life?
The renovations of the new Masich place stadium have been a struggle as we currently have to train in a new facility with minimal storage and amenities. We cannot wait to go back home!
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
Absolutely the same!
What do you always find yourself saying?
Think fast.
Tell us your best piece of life advice.
The will to win means nothing if you haven't the will to practice.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Tom Masich. Our founder and most supportive fan. If it wasn't for him, many of our athletes would not have gone on to see the success they have. Truly an inspiration.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
To put food on the tables of our friends and neighbours.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Anytime an athlete beats their previous best.
