    Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
    Dale (husband). We love to explore the world together

    What is your favourite local store in Kamloops and why?    
    Petland, I love animals!

    Describe yourself in one word.  
    Energetic

    If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
    Hawaii, they love to dance there!

    What is your favourite activity in Kamloops?    
    Dancing

    What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
    The big wave in Hawaii that tried to steal my bathing suit!

    What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?    
    Watching my son complete his first half marathon at the Boogie the bridge run Apr 29th, 2018. He was a blue baby & has cerebral palsy; meaning his right is side paralyzed. Years of therapy & training later & he is weight lifting & running making himself better & stronger every day.

    Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
    Spending time with my horse!

    Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
    I have volunteered at the downtown Y since Jan 2007. First doing fitness in a chair, then Adapted Zumba & Aquasize.

    If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
    World Peace & having people have the mindset of making environmental concerns a priority worldwide. 

    Where would you sneak away to in Kamloops to spend some time alone?

    Where would you like to see positive change in Kamloops and why?    
    Recycle more, since they stopped allowing plastic & glass the landfill garbage has increased. 

    What do you think makes Kamloops great?    
    The amazing people who live here!

    What are 3 things on your bucket list?
    1.Swim with wild dolphins
    2.Skydive
    3.Ride a camel

    I am a Reiki practitioner.

    A lot!

    What is the name of your business/organization?
    Total Energy Fitness

    Why did you get into/start this business?
    To learn how to help my son and a love of dance!

    What is the goal of your business?
    Provide people with fun, functional exercise!

    What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?    
    Not enough hours in the day.

    What do you always find yourself saying?
    "Let's get this party started!!!"

    Never give up!!!

    If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
    Beto Perez, inventor of Zumba. He has an amazing success story. From rags to riches.

    Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
    To support local families

    What has been your proudest accomplishment?
    Being a Mom/Grandma

    Some general comments I would like to share are:
    Kamloops is a great city for all its sports, activities, the Sandman Center & Sagebrush theater attracting amazing talent. But it also has great hiking, parks, & camping/fishing options. Not to mention our beautiful flower displays making it beautiful as well. Love it here!
