What is your favourite activity in Prince George?
Working out at Gibsons Landing Athletics with my love.

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
Everything under the age of 12.

What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Every time you meet someone new and it feels like you've known that person forever. That's pretty inspiring.

Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Travelling to Hong Kong as a kid with the family. Being exposed to a new culture and being able to share these experiences at such a young age with my family was like nothing else.

Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
I try to attend charity functions such as Relay for Life or Run for the Cure.

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Peoples perceptions of each other. The world is full of judgement or miss interpretations of each other. It makes the world a bitter place and I honestly just wish everyone would get along.

Where would you sneak away to in Prince George to spend some time alone?
    My own head.

Where would you like to see positive change in Prince George and why?

    Facebook and Instagram

What is the name of your business/organization?
    Gibson's Landing Athletics.

Why did you get into/start this business?
To provide personalized fitness to Prince George. A program that takes into account every aspect of that person's life in a community-based gym dedicated to the enhancement of each person fitness and health potential.

What has been your biggest struggle either in work or life?
    Balance.

If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
    Too early to tell.

What do you always find yourself saying?
    Relax.

Tell us your best piece of life advice

If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Anyone that's close to me. Friends and family.

Because small businesses provide unique products and service that box stores can't provide.

What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Proposing to my now fiancee Kyla. Qualifying for the CrossFit West regionals.

Give someone you think that deserves it a shout out and explain why!
My dad John Gibson President of the PG airport and everyone involved in that organization. They are doing so much for the city and work so hard.
