Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
Spending time with my grandparents is my favourite! They are kind, insightful, hilarious and seek to live a generous lifestyle. Also, my wonderful boyfriend of course 🙂
What is your favourite local store in Victoria and why?

Describe yourself in one word.
Contemplative.
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
I'd go to a place outside of Queenstown, NZ called Moke Lake because it was the one place away from all distraction, surrounded by captivating mountains and wild horses. I felt complete rest
What is your favourite activity in Victoria?
Running the Galloping Goose or sitting on the beach drinking ciders with my people for sunset.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
Every month, I get the opportunity to volunteer at my church, Glad Tidings, to welcome new guests, making new friends and getting people connected!
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
I would teach me to be less offendable and conquer insecurity! We break relationship so quickly when we are challenged in our insecurities but once we realize it's an issue we have to focus on, the responsibility falls less on the other party and more on what we can do to better our perspective!
Where would you sneak away to in Victoria to spend some time alone?

Where would you like to see positive change in Victoria and why?
I've been more and more conscious of how much waste I can avoid by buying smarter. There obviously is always room for improvement but the city of Victoria has definitely encouraged me to decrease my footprint on this island! I hope you do as well! Start s

Northern Lights in Alaska, crash a wedding, & fly in a hot air balloon!

Before I turned nine-years-old, I moved houses 14 times.

What is the name of your business/organization?
Write Away Designs.
Why did you get into/start this business?
I've always loved to create beautiful things for my walls, friends and family. While I was living overseas, I started investing more time in my skill and realized the business had potential to grow with some time and diligence!
What is the goal of your business?
To help others to bring their visions to life just as I have my own.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
With my business, the hardest aspect has been balancing the work, relationship, church, school, eating well and exercising. I just want to be superwoman! Is that too much to ask!
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
I feel like I've chosen the best version of my story. There are experiences I could have avoided but I don't consider what "could have been" because I love who those experiences have made me to be!

Give grace because there is always a reason.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
So many people I have met from my years abroad that I'd LOVE to see for a day but I always crave a quiet day fishing with my pops. He sure is good company.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
There is so much value in coming alongside a local and supporting them in their pursuit towards success and doing what they love. When you pay a little extra for something made by a friend, you are paying for the experience.
