Meet the most adorable cat, Barb! This 12-week-old has lived in PG her whole, entire life with her big family!
Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
I love to spend time with my human mom, Tiffani. From my first day with my new family, I've followed her all around the house, maybe because she gives me treats… wink wink. Shes taught me how to do tricks like high five and sit! We also go on walks!
What is your favourite local store in Prince George and why?
Tiffani gets me fun toys and healthy treats from Ospika Pet Store. We like it for their helpful staff and relatively good pricing.
Describe yourself in one word.
Energetic.
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
Hard question. A) the Garage- I love to hunt bugs and mice. B) Outside to hunt bugs!
What is your favourite activity in Prince George?
Going in walks with my sister, we like to go on the local trails. Foothills meadow is our favourite place to explore together!
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
Something happens every day and I play it off with a chirp and I dash away! Mostly I run to fast and run into things.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Being given the opportunity to explore the outdoors (always in a harness) it's made me trust my human more and helped me live a healthier more active lifestyle.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
I have a feather toy I have loved since the first day I was brought home. It's tiny and destroyed now but if a human even touches the toy I'm ready to play! And I'll play as long as you want to play with me! I even drag this toy around the house with me like a puppy, trying to find someone to play with me.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
My human, Tiffani, volunteers with Judy Russell on her Theatre Productions since 2013. She helps backstage with stage management and props.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
To have more research and knowledge available on cats, it's very underdeveloped compared to dogs.
Where would you sneak away to in Prince George to spend some time alone?
The garage or the outdoors. These two things bring me equal amounts of joy, but the garage I get to explore independently.
Where would you like to see positive change in Prince George and why?
In the North Nechako area there is very little sidewalks, safety for me and my sister while walking. With the new development in the sand/gravel area, we are losing on of our favourite places to explore.
What do you think makes Prince George great?
All the outdoor activities in the summer!
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1. This summer I plan to go camping with my Sister, Siberian huskey named Layla.
2. On a mild temperature day I would like to go one a mini hike! I love trails, I feel like a doggo and it's easy for me to know where to go!
3. Be only given Way food for an entire day. I'm serious. It's delicious!

My nickname is Honey Muffin.
How do people connect with you, personally, through social media?

Why did you get into/start this business?
To share with others my big personality and unique life!
What is the goal of your business?
To make others smile! And share with others what it means to give a home to a pet in need!
What has been your biggest struggle either in work or life?
Deciding if I'm a cat or a doggo, I like to copy my doggo sister, Layla. But mostly I like being both.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
Same.
What do you always find yourself saying?
Chirping or chatting to the birds.

If you see a window, stop to admire the view.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
My human Tiffani! On her days off, her and I spend the day playing with my favourite toys, sharing berries (raspberries are my favorite) or whatever else she may decide to eat (cuz she must always share), and we always get to spend some time outside!
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Learning how to high five.

My other human, Dylan, he has worked very hard the last few years on personal developments in the gym! I like to lay on the bench and support/bug him while he works out. I'm really helping I promise!

I was adopted at 12 weeks, my cat brother is Henry and he is four-years-old! Layla is two years old June 5. My birthday is November 27th, and I'll be two!
