Kelowna, BC — June 2026 — Under blue skies and perfect Okanagan sunshine, hundreds of entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, professionals, and community leaders showed up at Sandhill Winery, June 4&5.
The Chic Experience
The energy was vibrant, at The Summit 2026, a first-of-its-kind Business and Leadership Festival produced by The Chic Experience.
For two inspiring days, attendees came together to stand on business.
Set against the backdrop of one of Kelowna's most iconic wineries, The Summit delivered an energetic blend of learning, leadership, connection, and community.
The event featured 7 workshops, 8 expert panels, a fireside conversation with Mayor Tom Dyas, curated networking experiences, wellness activations, live entertainment, and a private concert experience with Canadian country artist Dawson Gray on both days.
"The vision for The Summit was created years ago with several iterations, and this being the forth year, I knew it needed to be indoor and outdoor and I wanted to ensure that the day of learning was met with a celebration of connections rather than leaving the event to go offsite, which is why the concert was a key element to the festival-style conference." said Amy Nicole Cohen, Founder of The Chic Experience.
The Chic Experience
The Summit welcomed more than 30 speakers and thought leaders from across industries, covering topics including ethical leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, artificial intelligence, business growth, people & culture, communication, resilience and personal branding.
Attendees moved between keynote conversations, interactive workshops, panel discussions, networking experiences, wellness activations, and The Market, a curated collection of local businesses and brands showcasing products, services, and innovations from across the region.
A highlight of the event was a candid fireside chat with Mayor Tom Dyas, who joined the Main Stage for an authentic conversation with Amy Nicole Cohen, about the Behind the Scenes of Leadership.
The experience was made possible through the support of Presenting Sponsor Scotiabank, including the Scotiabank Women Initiative, alongside an outstanding group of community partners and sponsors.
Beyond the content and programming, The Summit reflected the importance for in-person experiences that bring people together to learn, collaborate, and support one another. The Happy Hour both days, kicked off with a toast presented by BFL Canada, followed by a live concert, aerialist, a food art activation and meaningful connections.
The Chic Experience
"The Summit was created to bring a positive energy to learning, rooms of people to expand your network and the opportunities to uplevel your business." said Cohen.
The Chic Experience has announced plans to continue expanding The Summit brand, with future events, retreats, and experiences designed to bring together ambitious leaders, founders, and professionals who believe in the power of showing up.
