Goat yoga is exactly what it sounds like.
A bunch of yogis will gather in a room or field with a bunch of baby goats to practice the art of yoga.
Baby goats like to be up high, so don't be alarmed if you get climbed on while going into downward dog.
This therapeutic exercise is actually more calming than you might think.
So therapeutic, in fact, that the Canadian Mental Health Association will be hosting a goat yoga in PG this June.
"This year we wanted to try something new and one of our board members mentioned the goat yoga craze that's been popping up,” said Simon Zukowski, board member with PG branch of CMHA.
Zukowski is still looking for an instructor to donate their time to the class on June 25.
Though the event is in the early stages of planning, it is bound to be a success.
Who doesn’t want to warrior pose with a bunch of baby goats?
