If the April drizzle has you dreaming of Hawaii, you can get a small taste of the islands at the Beer Masters Dinner, featuring Maui Brewing Co. at Xchange Kelowna!
Xchange is presenting a four course meal, which just happens to pair perfectly with four beers from Maui Brewing Co. The meals will be prepared by Chef Graydon Gliege and include items such as seared scallops that are going to be paired with Maui Brewing Co.'s Pineapple Mana Wheat beer. If you're a big fan of beer, this will be your ideal meal because Chef has also used beer components in the meal, such as a beer and parmesan foam on top of pillowy ravioli's.

Xchange does not want you to miss out on all the fun so they are giving away two tickets, a $160 value, to one lucky winner for the Beer Masters Dinner! The winner will be drawn on Wednesday, April 26th at noon and the tickets must be picked up from our downtown office by 4:30pm Wednesday.
