    Fire training taking place at YXS today and tomorrow

    Fire training is set to take place at the Prince George Airport today and tomorrow.

    Today's training will run until 3:30 p.m. and will continue tomorrow from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

    The Prince George Airport Authority would like to remind the public that these fires pose no threat to the public of surrounding areas.

    All training fires are held in a self-contained training facility under controlled circumstances.

    While fires may produce smoke in and around the airport area, this should not cause any concern.
