There's an elephant in the room. Fear. No one wants to acknowledge it. Fear is overlooked. Fear is a misunderstood concept. Fear is one of those life-things we don't really make an effort to understand.
Fear is a theory that can pull us off the court and into a hard seat in the stands. Fear is a feeling that can take us out of a moment. Fear is an emotion that we don't really want to identify with. We don't want to look. Fear is something we don't take the time to deconstruct. Fear is created in the mind. Fear is a lot of things. What about what is not fear?

Patience is not fear. Love and kindness isn't fear. Understanding others isn't fear. Compassion and empathy is for sure not fear. Smiling at strangers first isn't fear. Being boldly yourself isn't fear. Compliments aren't fear. Where there is love there is not fear.
Most of us spend a lot of time trying to have more love, patience and kindness in our life. Most of us also don't break down the walls of what's holding us back from having all these positive feelings free-flow through our life. Let us all take the time to love more openly and honestly.

Let us carve out the importance of telling the truth. May we show others our true selves. May we look in the mirror and see the realness – a reminder that your authentic self is the only face to wear. May we let others into the quiet corners of our hearts that we have kept protected for too long and may we remember those corners are the juiciest parts of us.
Remember you were born whole and complete. You were brought into this world with boundless potential to create. You were unconditionally cared for and therefore you already know how to do so for the people in your world. The amount of love you carry is unlimited, and that is not fear.
