It’s hard to find someone more popular than Ellen DeGeneres.

For that reason, her October Q&A conversation at Rogers Arena will likely sell out quite quickly.

A Conversation with Ellen DeGeneres, billed as a candid discussion on her life, career, success and overcoming adversity, is coming to Vancouver on Oct. 19.

Known best as the host of The Ellen DeGeneres Show and the voice of Dori in the iconic Finding Nemo movie, her show this fall is being presented by TD Bank and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade (GVBT).

The GVBT says the show will highlight her one-of-a-kind sense of humour, warmth and kindness.

“Ellen DeGeneres continues to deliver uplifting, inspiring, and hilarious experiences for her fans,” said a release from the GVBT.

“Her distinctive comedic voice and infectious personality have earned her recognition as a household name and a global entertainer.”

If you’re looking to make the road trip down to Vancouver for this show, which is very possible because it’s on a Friday, you have plenty of time to decide.

Tickets don’t go on sale until Aug. 15 through Ticketmaster, with pre-sale being available two days before hand on Aug. 13.
