  • CrossRoads Brewing will host 3 new annual festivals this summer

In partnership with local recreation clubs, CrossRoads Brewing will be creating three new events to inspire people to get outside and participate in the communities.

The events will occur at George Street and 5th Avenue and will include:

    • Saturday, May 26, 2018 – Biking, Paddling and Fishing Festival
    • Saturday, July 14, 2018 – Motorsports, Motocross and Jetboating Festival
    • Saturday, September 29, 2018 – Powersports, Skiing and Snowboarding Festival

Each festival will consist of two parts including a free family-friendly daytime show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and an adult-oriented evening from 6 p.m. to midnight.

“The outdoor recreation shows are club-led and will feature displays, demos, clinics, and show and shines,” says Daryl Leiski, the co-owner of CrossRoads.

“Each of the three events is seasonally themed around a group of outdoor activities with matching clubs and small businesses. We really hope these events will become annual gathering places for anyone interested in getting involved, already involved, or curious to check out the track, trail and water rides and outdoor gear.”

These shows are also intended as fundraisers for the local non-profit recreation clubs and places that inspire outdoor participation in our community!

“We started our business to be more than just a brewery to enjoy great craft beer and complimentary food,” says Bjorn Butow the other owner of CrossRoads.

“Daryl and I wanted our business to be a positive contributor to our community and believe these events provide a win-win for us and the outdoor recreation community.”

These street parties will include live music, local craft beer, themed street food and interactive activities.

Tickets for the adult parties are $29 plus fees and will include a souvenir glass and the first drink. Adult events will be for those who are 19 years or older.
