Crime Stoppers will help you prevent identity theft

The Prince George Crime Stoppers Society will be hosting a public document shredding event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the CN Centre parking lot.

This event will give the public the opportunity to shred personal and important documents to prevent identity theft.

Crime Stoppers will be working in partnership with Shred-it Mobile Shredding Services, CN Centre and Mr. Mike’s.

The service will be provided at a cost of $5.

Mr. Mikes will also be providing burgers by donation.

All proceeds will go to PG Crime Stoppers.
