Things continue to cool off in the Okanagan Valley after a recent stretch of summer-like weather.
There’s even a chance of showers for Kelowna, but the precipitation is more likely to enter the valley once we get to the weekend.
“Cooler air will gradually move in over the next few days. Expect daytime highs be drop down to the low 20s today and it will be even cooler for Thursday,” said Wesla English, NowMedia meteorologist.
“We will also see increasing cloud and a slight chance of a shower for valley areas. Mountain ridges will see a greater potential for showers.”
Environment Canada calls for the high to get as low as 12°C on Friday before increasing back to the mid-to-high 20s before next week.
Enjoy your hump day, Kelowna!
