Forty players who are expected to hear their names called at the 2023 NHL draft will take to the ice in Langley tonight.
It’s the CHL Top Prospects Game, an annual showcase of the Canadian Hockey League’s best draft-eligible players.
That includes Kamloops Blazers forward Connor Levis, who is currently ranked by NHL Central Scouting as a B prospect for the draft.
That means he’s expected to be a second- or third-round pick when the selections are made in Nashville this summer.
Levis will suit up for Team Red tonight, which means he’ll be on the same roster as Connor Bedard and BC Division foe Riley Heidt of the Prince George Cougars.
You can catch the CHL Top Prospects Game on TSN tonight with puck drop scheduled for 7 pm.
