The snow is officially melting!

But that means we are seeing a lot more garbage that was covered up by the seemingly impossible amounts of snow we had this winter.

In order to give our city the spring cleanup it deserves, the City is asking residents to volunteer this Sunday afternoon to pick up trash.

This annual city wide cleanup will take place on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Those who are interested in participating are encouraged to register online as an individual or a group.

Bags and gloves will be provided upon signing up.
