The reigning CCMA Male Artist of the Year has announced a three-month Canadian tour that will swing through the Okanagan.

Brett Kissel will begin his “We Were That Song Tour” in Calgary on January 13th and he’ll move east before turning around and heading back west.
 

On March 12th, he’ll come to the beautiful Okanagan to play a show at the Performing Arts Centre in Vernon.

He’ll then play another Okanagan show at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre on March 16th.

Along with Male Artist of the Year, Kissel also won Music Video Year and Interactive Artist of the Year at the 2016 CCMAs, bringing his career tally to 10 CCMA award wins.
 

The 27-year-old also well known for being the anthem singer who got some help from the crowd after his mic cut out before an Edmonton Oilers’ playoff game.

General admission tickets will go on sale through Valley First Tickets on Friday, October 6th at 10 a.m. and will set you back $41 plus a service charge.
