  • UPDATE: Missing mother and newborn found safe

    (UPDATE: July 18 @ 6 pm) – The 31-year-old woman and her one-month-old newborn have been found.

    The RCMP says they are safe. 

    Their photos and some information have been removed from this story for privacy reasons.


    (Original story: July 17 @ 1:20 pm) – There is plenty of concern for a mother and her newborn who have both been reported out of northern BC.

    Fort St. John RCMP say the 31-year-old and her one-month-old sonwere reported missing on Thursday, July 16.

    However, the pair have not been seen in person since Thursday, July 9.

    “Police and family are concerned for their well-being, as it is out of character for [her] to be out of contact with her family,” explained an RCMP release.

    Anyone who has seen Nicole, Krew or the vehicle they’re travelling in is asked not to approach, but rather contact the Fort St. John RCMP immediately at 250-787-8140.
