Family Festivities
Valley First New York New Years
This must-attend event for all ages returns this Tuesday evening at 6 pm to Stuart Park!
Hosted by Festivals Kelowna, the event is free and bursting with fun.

From outdoor live music, ice skating and snow activities, to food trucks, a warm-up zone and much more, this is the perfect place to send off 2020 with the fam.
To top it all off, there will be a sparkling fireworks display over Okanagan Lake at 9 pm sharp.
NYE at Biggie
What better way to welcome a new year than hitting the slopes?

In addition to offering up adrenaline-fueled fun on over 100 runs during the day, families can enjoy night skiing, evening cosmic skating which will feature technicolor lights and live music, snacks at the Happy Valley Lodge and of course, an incredible fireworks show to cap off the year!
The celebrations kick off at 4 pm and the fireworks are scheduled for 9 pm.
Unlimited Bowling Party
Hit the lanes for NYE at McCurdy Bowl starting at 7:30 pm, for their all-ages “Unlimited Bowling Party.”

Black Magic & Pixie Dust
Kelowna’s only Viking-themed restaurant and pub is going Disney for NYE!

Usually a hot-spot for metalheads, the venue welcomes one and all to come dressed as their favourite prince, princess or villain from the Disney-universe to enjoy an evening of karaoke, food and drink specials, revelry and more.
Admission is $5 per person and includes bubbly as the clock strikes 12! This event is also family-friendly and will hand out prizes for the best-dressed attendees.
19+ Parties
The Kettle Cup 2.0
If you have an affinity for craft beer and Mario Kart, Kettle River is the place for you this NYE as the local watering hole is hosting a Nintendo 64 Mario Kart Tournament equipped with prizes!

Ramping up at 7 pm, entry is $10 for the night and gets you access to the fierce competition, discounted pints and tons of fun in Kelowna’s brewery district.
Those interested in showing off their gaming skills must pop by the brewery to sign up and secure their spot ahead of time!
Say ‘Aloha 2020’ at Skinny Dukes
One of Kelowna’s newest and grooviest spots will be ushering in 2020 like its 1970.

For $30 you can party it up on the main level of the pub, which is eerily similar to Eric Foreman’s basement, and look forward to enjoying a complimentary drink upon arrival, free bubbly at midnight and a playlist riddled with classic tracks from decades passed.

Snowed In 80’s Party at DunnEnzie’s
Speaking of throwbacks, the new DunnEnzies location in the Lower Mission will be partying like its 1985 on Tuesday night.
