The Kamloops Blazers are one of the top CHL teams in the country, so it’s no surprise to see the organization well-represented on NHL Central Scouting’s midterm rankings.

A trio of Blazers have made the list and all three are in the top 50 of North American skaters, which means they will likely be picked in the first three or four rounds.

Mats Lindgren is the top-ranked Blazer, as the defenceman is rated as the 30th best North American skater for the 2022 NHL draft.

Forwards Fraser Minten and Matthew Seminoff are ranked 34th and 50th respectively amongst North American skaters.

Hailing from North Vancouver, Lindgren has a pair of goals and 18 assists in 31 games this season.

Minten, from nearby Vancouver, has 10 goals and 13 assists in 30 games this year, while Seminoff, a Coquitlam native, leads the club with 15 goals and 18 assists in 30 games.
