If you’re one of the many that missed out on snagging tickets to the Great Okanagan Beer Festival, you have a chance to redeem yourself today.

After selling out the festival on Tuesday, there’s been plenty of demand on second-hand ticket and marketplace sights from people still looking to attend the annual event.

As a result, the GOBF is releasing 200 tickets to the public at 2 p.m. today, which will be available through the festival's website.

These 200 tickets were originally supposed to be available at the door, which means when they sell out there will officially be none left.

Whoever does get a ticket today, or have one already, will be heading to Waterfront Park on Saturday for the festivities.

It all gets going at noon and the final entry will be allowed at 4 p.m.

The recent surge in demand for tickets could easily be helped by the fact that the forecast calls for sunshine and a high near 30°C on Saturday.
