It’s a good day to enjoy the outdoors, because the rain is set to move in to the Okanagan Valley to end the week.

Today, however, will be a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 18°C.
 

“Sun and cloud is on deck today, and warm air will move into our region bringing our daytime highs into the mid to upper teens,” said Wesla English, NowMedia meteorologist.

“More cloud will move inland tomorrow, and a few showers are possible on Thursday under a southwesterly flow aloft.”

On a positive note, what was originally forecasted to be a rainy weekend is now looking much better.

English says that signs are pointing to a mild and sunny weekend ahead, with just a chance of showers on Friday.
